Pasadena City Senior Golf Championship

The tournament will be played at historic Brookside Golf Course @ The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA.

 

REGISTRATION

Entries open July 1st, 2022 and close September 2nd, 2022.

 

ENTRY FEE: $150

All entries include: Greens fees, commemorative tee prize, lunch on Friday, prize fund, and trophy for each flight winner.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Men age 50 or over as of September 8, 2022. Entrants must have a valid GHIN number and history of one-year low index. In addition, entrant’s club must have a certified handicap chairman listed with the SCGA. If your club does not have a handicap chairman, you will be declared ineligible (this pertains only to the net flight).

 

COMPETITION

The tournament is a 36-hole stroke play event played on Brookside Course 1 and 2. The Championship Flight will play the blue tees and the Net Flights will play the white tees.

 

CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT

The Championship Flight is a gross flight. Entrants must have a verifiable low index of 4.0 or below.

                                     

NET FLIGHTS

Open to players with a low index ranging from 4.1 to 31.8.  Entrants with higher indexes must play down to a 31.8 handicap index. The field will be divided into five flights, dependent on the number of entries received. Handicaps will be based on: 1) the player's low index and 2) the course and tees being played. The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps based on previous tournament play.
